The agent checks each child’s profile (allergies, schedules, notes), sends real-time updates to parents (e.g., fever or pickup alerts), answers common questions, and automatically generates the daily report, transcribing a WhatsApp/Telegram voice note into a structured summary with meals, sleep times, activities, incidents, and photos.
Outcome
Significant reduction in teachers’ reporting workload, more consistent and timely communication with families, faster responses to health and dietary queries, and higher parent satisfaction and clarity across all classrooms.
What we shipped
Mobile-first AI assistant, integrated with WhatsApp Business, individual child profiles (diet, health, schedule), photo attachments, and templated daily reports.
Includes escalation paths to staff for handling exceptional cases.

Message containment rate, average response time, report completion rate, parent satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and accuracy of profile-based answers (diet/health).
